We are all guilty of indulging ourselves during Thanksgiving. This natural remedy (Courtesy Isha Yoga) is a tasty tea which is detoxifying and calming for the digestive system.
Boil 1 tbsp of coriander seeds with 1.5 glasses of water for 10 mins
Add 1/2 tsp of peeled, grated ginger.
Continue to boil as you add raw sugar or palm sugar to taste.
If the ginger taste is a little spicy for you, you can also add 2 tbsp of milk for a milder taste.
