Crusty bread with avocado!


Crusty toast topped with avocado is one of the simplest and healthiest recipes.  I can eat this any time of the day…. for breakfast or lunch or for dinner with soup!

What you need:

4 pieces of thickly sliced bread (you can use whole wheat, multi-grained or any you like)

1 ripe avocado

A pinch of sea salt

A pinch of freshly grated black pepper

Juice of half a lemon

4 tsp olive oil (optional)

How to make:

1.  Mash the avocado and add sea salt, pepper and lemon juice.

2.  Toast the thick slices of bread and then apply a tsp of olive oil to each .

3.  Now top each slice with the avocado. Enjoy!
