My sister had made this salad and I loved it. It has healthy ingredients like spinach, avocado, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds and walnuts. Easy to make and yummy!
What you need:
2 cups of baby spinach
1 medium avocado
10 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp Salad Dressing(I used blueberry pomegranate dressing)
Sea salt to taste
Pinch of pepper
How to make:
1. In a salad bowl take baby spinach, chopped avocado and cherry tomatoes.
2. Add sunflower seeds and chopped walnuts to the above.
3. Toss the salad with the dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.
